Week 1:

Before I start about what I did this week, let me tell you a bit about myself. As you could probably guess from the URL, my name is Carissa. I’m fifteen years old and have always loved photography but have never been able to take photos. On my home page I mentioned that I had to do a personal project and it could be anything. Originally I was going to put on our school production but instead I decided to do photography. Three random facts about myself:

1. I have been to four continents
2. I have competed in the World Jump Rope Championship in Orlando.
3. My favorite artist is Taylor Swift.

I love to take photos that are unique and different. I like to fiddle around with the settings and see what I can do. Some of my favorite photos to take are flower pictures. I love flowers and I love how different and unique a flower can be. I also love taking sunset photos when the sky looks like cotton candy and there is a myriad of colors in it.

Now this week I didn’t do much. I just looked through all of my old photos and chose my favorite ones. Included I have some landscape photos, flower photos and black and white photos.  I hope you enjoy some of my favorite photos.
